The honest answers

Does Vouchship touch my checkout?+

Never. Vouchship works after the order is placed. Your checkout, theme, and payment flow stay exactly as they are.

Whose WhatsApp number do messages come from?+

Yours. Vouchship connects your own WhatsApp Business number, so customers see your store's name, not ours.

Who pays Meta for the messages?+

You do, directly: a few paise per message at Meta's standard India rates. Vouchship adds no per-message charge on top.

What about numbers that aren't on WhatsApp?+

The message can’t be delivered, so the order is flagged for a manual check. In practice these are often mistyped or fake numbers, exactly the orders you want to look at before shipping.

How long does setup take?+

About 5 minutes. Install from the Shopify App Store, connect your WhatsApp Business number, and approve the message template.

What happens to my data?+

It is encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to confirm orders, and deleted when you uninstall. The full details are in our privacy policy.

Does it work outside India?+

Yes. Vouchship works with any Shopify store in a COD-heavy market: India, the Gulf, Southeast Asia and beyond. Messages go out in your language from your number. Pricing is in rupees today; dollar plans arrive with our global launch.
